Congratulations to all our members  for their excellent weight losses during January.
However, if you are still looking for motivation to get back to class after the Christmas Break then come along to the Masonic Hall on Thursday evening 10th February from 5.30pm
Several of our success stories will be visiting the session telling us all their ideas, favourite recipes on the Lifestyle Plan etc    I know you will find them inspiring as Julie lost the eight and half pounds which crept on over the holidays in only 3 weeks,  Jan will be telling you how much better she is feeling after losing three stone while running a successful cafe and making the cakes……  Lisa who has lost 6 stone will be bringing her before photographs and I can promise you will not think it is the same person.  So if you want to get back into your weight loss plan this is the evening you will find the motivation to do it.
We will also have a buffet with lots of healthy options to sample.  Please try and make this special evening and there will also be a promotion with FREE joining on that evening for family and friends.
