Our Slimtone class in the Dunraven Hotel Bridgend is on the move
Our last meeting at the Dunraven Hotel, Bridgend will be held on Wednesday 10th February.
We will be transferring to our new venue at Llysfaen - which is opposite the Tesco Stores in Quarella Road, Bridgend on Friday 19th February from 10.00 -11.30am.

Marie recently presented a cheque to Ty Hafen Childrens Hospice for £912.30. This makes the total donated to local charities by the Slimtone members of £34,000 (Thirty four thousand pounds).

Sammi on maintaining your weight loss you are an inspiration to all our visitors. Sammi appeared on a Channel 4 documentary on Albinism in October and said "....losing weight give me the confidence to appear on the programme."
