Lots of members have been telling me that’s what’s happened to them – how about you? The answer… check your portion sizes and don’t let that stop you losing weight. If your weight loss has hit a standstill, then guesstimating may be one of the main problems!

You could burn off those extra calories – SIMPLY skip or walk briskly for approximately 3 hours.

 ***And remember, when preparing pasta, rice etc. 56g/2oz is dry weight which when cooked is approx. 168g/6oz.

Spicy Chicken & Chips
Serves 1 – approx 300 cals

Place 112g/4oz skinless chicken breast on a piece of foil and add 5ml/1 tsp lemon juice, 1 crushed clove of garlic, pepper, 1 tbsp dry white wine and herbs. Fold into a parcel and cook in a pre-heated oven 180C/350F/Gas 4 for 30 minutes. Serve with Slimtone chips (see page 54 of your Lifestyle Plan) and lots of tasty vegetables.
