I’m very excited to say that we’re starting to plan for getting back to class. I can’t believe that the last time we saw each other was in the middle of March! But at last, as restrictions ease, we’re talking to the venues and are hopeful to re-open face-to-face classes over the coming weeks.
I’ve heard from lots of Slimtone members that they’ve struggled during lockdown. After months of feeling free to eat and drink without answering to the scales, the pounds have crept on. As one member said “Lockdown’s done nothing for my waistline!”

As well as new recipes that are quick and easy to prepare and ideal for the whole family, we’re including an extra meal to curb those munchies you’ve been turning to. We’re making it as easy as possible for you to take control, start eating more healthily and see those pounds melt away.
The new plan will be available to all members who come back to class when we re-open, as well as new members who we’ll be delighted to welcome.
As well as creating the new plan, I’ve also completed the COVID-19 business course so that you can feel as confident and comfortable as you can.
Of course, for the moment there will be changes to the way we do things in class and we’ll be sure to keep you safe with social distancing and hygiene measures.
