I know I say it often in class, but losing one pound every week gets great results and soon mounts up. It may not sound like much, but Pam is proof that it really does work. Pam joined Slimtone in July 2021 and with a steady loss of around 1 pound a week has lost over 4 stone in 12 months!

I love soups, as well as baked beans on toast – they’re my go-to meals and I can still enjoy them.”
