At Slimtone you get a weekly class, informative and helpful talks, weekly sheets and recipe books, hints and tips from other Slimtone members, massive encouragement and support from Marie and the Slimtone team – in fact, everything you need to help you lose weight quickly, safely and with no hassle! But did you know we also organise several trips every year to Champneys, a luxury spa resort in Leicestershire. With one of our final trips for this year coming up, it’s very much on my mind and I’m really looking forward to it – especially with this miserable weather we’re having.
Do you know, at the end of this year, after the next two visits, we’ll have taken Slimtone groups to Champneys 146 times – isn’t that incredible! Both of these remaining 2021 visits are fully booked, but we have dates planned and confirmed for 2022. Our first trip in 2022 is on 6 – 8 May; our usual half-term weekend is 4 – 6 November 2022; and the autumn break is on 18 – 20 November.
This exclusive Slimtone package includes luxury coach travel for a two-night stay, with lunch on arrival and all meals over the weekend. There’s full use of the spa and extensive fitness facilities, as well as complimentary robe hire, so you’ll be cosy and well kitted out for the weekend! I know the ladies who have been on our previous trips have really enjoyed themselves. Many of them come again and again!
We have lots of fun on the coach, often raising money for a local charity.
And the team at Champneys are part of our extended Slimtone family.
For our 50th visit, they produced a fantastic cake.
For our 100th visit, we were treated to a lovely champagne reception!
We had been taking groups to Champneys for 17 years by then and on this occasion we had two coaches with 89 Slimtone guests plus another 30 ladies who joined us for the day on the Sunday! The whole group had a staggering 223 hours-worth of treatments…as well as plenty of fun, laughter and friendship.
